We provide transactional human resources, and finance services to UNDP Country Offices and Headquarters Units in 170+ countries / territories as well as to over 80 United Nations (UN) partner agencies and entities and 42,500 personnel in the UN System. At all times, we ensure that these services are delivered on time, with high quality, within the corporate regulatory framework, and to the satisfaction of all our clients across the globe.
Our History
| 2003 | Copenhagen centre starts offering HR services for IPs to UNDP & UN Agencies. |
| 2012 | Kuala Lumpur centre begins its operations, offering IPSAS related services – global financial shared services. |
| 2015 | Copenhagen and Kuala Lumpur centers are merged into Global Shared Services Unit (GSSU) |
| 2016 | Financial Clustering is piloted in Regional Bureau of Asia and the Pacific (RBAP) |
2018 | Executive Group request for development of a clustering business case which is followed by the approval of setting up a Project Team and the clustering of Finance and Procurement services in Kuala Lumpur. |
| 2020 | Clustering process continues with more regions onboarded for Bank to Book and Deposits. |
