Personnel Service Agreement

The Personnel Services Agreement (PSA) is a non-staff contractual modality designed to engage individuals for services that are necessary for implementing a time-limited and project-based activities under a services-based contract modality. This modality has been introduced to expand and replace the services currently provided under the Service Contract modality. It supports the positioning of UNDP as an agile and effective partner in implementing its programmes on behalf of partners, as well as in positioning UNDP as a service provider of choice in personnel administration within the UN system as a whole.
