The Global Shared Services Centre’s (GSSC) dedicated team of finance professionals located in our finance hub in Kuala Lumpur, as well as in Dakar, Amman and Panama, provides quality, timely payment services to agencies using the UNDP Service Clearing Account (SCA) mechanism through UNDP Country Offices, and all payment transactions for Quantum agency partners.
