The Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) made significant strides in stabilizing and optimizing its operations throughout 2024, working to actualize cost efficiencies from the clustering initiative and the introduction of new corporate digital infrastructure. The standardization of business processes, along with the Quantum Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, have improved service delivery, generated cost savings and created opportunities to further enhance efficiencies.
