- $2.1 billion payroll disbursements for more than 50,000 international & local personnel across 60+ UN Agencies, $1.1 billion payroll processed for other UN entities.
Finance
- $5.28 billion payments made in 122 currencies for UNDP and UN partner agencies.
- $1.248 million payment transactions processed (248,000 for Quantum agencies).
- 47 non-Quantum agencies received UNDP services in 152 countries through Service Clearing Account (SCA) valued at $1.08 billion.

- 92 percent HR Services client satisfaction rating from 6,300 user responses.
- 90 percent SLA achievement rate across all Finance service lines.
- 100 percent of monthly payroll transactions disbursed on time.
Our adoption of cloud-based platforms (Quantum ERP & UNall) has resulted in major cost savings and efficiency improvements for UNDP and UN clients. These investments enable us to leverage automation and AI for even greater efficiency for the agencies we support.
