In 2025, the GSSC continued to deliver high-performing, scalable, and reliable operational services across the UN system. The year’s results underscore the Centre’s ability to manage large volume, mission critical transactions with speed, accuracy, and strong controls—directly enabling UNDP and partner agencies to operate more efficiently worldwide.

HR Administration & Payroll

  • More than 126,000 HR transactions processed, including more than 38,600 international, local and non-staff supported in 170+ countries and territories for UNDP and UN partner entities.
  • $2.3 billion payroll disbursements for more than 50,000 international & local personnel across 62 UN entities, $1.2 billion payroll processed for UN entities.
 

Finance

  • $6.8+ billion payments made in 122 currencies for UNDP and UN partner entities.
  • 193,000 payment transactions processed for Quantum agencies.
  • 296,000 Service Clearing Account (SCA) transactions processed valued at $1.05 billion for UNDP and 56 UN entities.
  • 94,000+ supplier transactions processed.
 

SLA performance

  • 96 percent HR Services client satisfaction rating from 6,300 user responses.
  • 94.2 percent SLA achievement rate across all Finance service lines.
  • 100 percent of monthly payroll transactions disbursed on time.
