HR & Payroll modalities

Finance services

1. Agencies can use the UNDP Service Clearing Account (SCA) mechanism for ordering and recording services without needing system integration.  

2. Non-Quantum agencies can use the H2H solution to send EFT payments from their ERP to approximately 80 countries through UNDP’s local bank network. Where H2H is not feasible, other authorized payment methods can be used. 

3. Become a Quantum Consortium partner: our ERP platform – Quantum, can enable your agency to more efficiently manage your finance, budget, HR, and procurement processes.  

4. The Self-Service Supplier Management Portal allows suppliers to update key details and track transactions, significantly reducing CO workload, manual data entry, and errors. Over 151,000 Active Spend-Authorized Suppliers have access to the Portal.
